Directions from the West
From Chichester, follow the A27 until Fontwell Racecourse is on your right. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit A29 for Bognor (the racecourse carpark will now be on your right). After the racecourse turn right into Level Mare Lane. Northfields House is approximately 30 seconds drive on the left hand side.

Directions from the East
From Arundel, follow the A27 until Fontwell Racecourse is opposite you on the far side of the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit A29 for Bognor (the racecourse carpark will now be on your right). After the racecourse turn right into Level Mare Lane. Northfields House is approximately 30 seconds drive on the left hand side.
